Hello everyone, here I am again in The Next
Master Chef. Guys, do you know that Wednesday, February 20th 2019 was a tiring
day? but with enthusiasm all the fatigues were wiped out. I am thankful to
Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala because with His blessings I still high-spirited to
this day and also to my lecturer, Mr. Ical, to always be healthy and seniors
who guide us always even though we make so many mistakes. Hopefully, my story
can help you to handle all your activities today.
As a MTB student in second semester, On
Wednesday, February 20th 2019, I must be in collage at 7:00am, that's what my
senior said. Today we must prepare many ingredients for Thursday, include the
ingredients for many types of breakfast, like continental breakfast to
Indonesian breakfast. It is taking so much time, that's why we must come
earlier than yesterday.
To achieve that I should wake up much earlier
to prepare all things for collage. After praying Subuh, I washed my motorcycle.
I went to collage at 6:30am and arrived at 6:55am. It took me shorter than
usual because the road was empty. As I arrived at the kitchen, after parking my
motorcycle, I noticed that many colleagues were not yet there. So we waited for
them before we stand in one line to prepare for today's practice.
Today we practice how to cook American
breakfast. The main thing in American breakfast are egg dish and toasted bread.
For egg dish we must boil the water first. We made peach egg with two ways,
first in manual way and second with "shuvit". Before making the egg
dishes, we divided the task for plating, cooking and decorating. For other
groups, they prepared ingredients for Thursday's practice, which are
ingredients for continental, English, American, and Indonesian breakfast.
Actually we had prepared ingredients for Indonesian breakfast since Tuesday, so
it was not a hassle.
After cooking all the breakfast for restaurant
we stood in a line and prepared to pray Dhuhur. After that we checked the
ingredients for tomorrow. My task was to prepare the egg dishes, so I cut some
sausages, smoked beef, and other ingredients for it. When all finished the
work, we stood inline and prepared to go home.
