بِسْمِ اللّٰهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْمِ
Hello guys, here I am again in The Next Master Chef, Indonesia's number one. As usual I would like to say thank you to Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala for His Grace and Mercy so we could work in our best condition. Not to forget to thank my best teacher Mr. Ical and all seniors who guide us always eventhough we make so many mistakes.
Skipping the intermezzo, here we go...
Every Tuesday and Friday at 5am my colleagues
and I do sports togethere. We gathered around 6am then warmed up together.
Usually I bring my uniform to get change after sport and go straight to
collage. But today I got to finish early after one gameplay because I should be
at collage at 7am. I went to the collage at 6:40am and strangely the road was a
bit empty that I could arrive at collage earlier, which is 7:05am. Usually it
takes more than 30 minutes from home.
Like what Mr. Ical said yesterday, the group
who prepared ingredients would participate in today's practice. As I arrived
there were already many colleagues doing their own assignments. After finishing
the breakfast we stood in a line. Before we began the practice, we gathered in
the bakery and our seniors briefed us about our next practice, English
Breakfast. We, as group two, should prepare the ingredient for tomorrow as
usual and we got sate and ayam goreng taliwang as today's assignment. We
divided the task. I did "towing", that means we took out the frozen
meat from the freezer and let it in the open air for 4 hours. My other
teammates prepared for the spices.
After preparing all the ingredients, spices
and cooking utensils, we began to cook the meal. The spices include black
pepper, turmeric, galangal and ginger. To make the sate's meat we took all the
fat from the beef because according to public health food with too much fat
could harm our body. When the spices are ready we mixed it with the sliced meat
and left it, so the meat could absorb the spices. Waiting that to be done we
prayed Dhuhur.
