بِسْمِ اللّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيْمِ
Ok guys we meet again in my dairy activity. Don forget we say thanks to Allah SWT because for the mercy we still alive and come together for to do it to practice today. And we say to thank you for my lecturers and my senior because always lead me in doing practice. Ok this time to story my activity.
Today
i wake up at half past five. After wake up i prepare for praying subuh.
Yesterday Mr Ical said if today we must arrive at the kichen campus at seven
o,clock because of that i prepared more faster. Don’t forget before leaving i
checked my luggage ang my grooming. I’m afraid if i forget my equipment i will get
the punishment. I left my home at half past seven.
After
along trip, finnaly arrived in my campus. When I saw my watch the time showed at
seven o’clock, luckyly i didn’t arrived late. I go to the kitchen garden and
sit. While waiting for oneline i read again about egg dishes. Because our
practice today is egg dishes. After waiting for a while we did oneline. After
absent we went into the kitchen. We pray together before practice.
Today
we learn and practice egg dishes. In practice egg dishes are divided into two
season. For the first season will be taught by senior. Here we are taught to
make boiled egg, omelete, and scramble egg. Boiled egg itself is divided into
tree, the firts soft egg, second medium egg, and third hard egg. The difference
about the three thing is time. For soft boiled egg the time needed is 3 until 5
minute, medium boiled egg 5 until 7 minute, and hard boiled egg 7 until 9
minute. After we practice boiled egg, next we practice omelete after omelet we
practice scramble egg. For the first season, finish at twelve o’clock. We also
prepare for dzuhur prayer.
After
we dzuhur pray, second season is start. Sir Ical come to pastry and bakery for give
me a intruction about peach egg, sunny side up, turn over. In here Sir Ical practice
with two methods. The first egg are boiled manually by boiling them on the
stove and the second eggs boiled with suvit. The difference about the method
is, if we boiled on the stove the half cooked egg less shiny but if we boiled
in suvit the eggs look shiny.
